La Lluna Restaurante Vegetariano Vegano — Restaurant in Valencia

Had an absolutely great time there. For 20 euro a person we got about five or six courses of delicious vegetarian dishes served to us, each unique and scrumptious, followed by desert and coffee. And did I mention that for that price it included wine as well? All of which we were assured was ok to keep asking for more of (they left the bottle at our table). We spoke very little Spanish but found our waiter helping us along and generally very attentive and nice. I marked this spot on my google maps as my favorite. Also tried some of their fresh juices (not part of the 20euro deal, but super good). Lovely laid back outdoor seating was available for us as well, and we hung out there probably well into their closing time. Anyhow, if you like vegetarian food, being laid back, great deals and trying out new thing - check this place out. Definitely recommend the 20 euro multi course "chef's choice" meal experience....

Beggars belief that this place has been operating for 35 years. There were 4 of us and all of our orders were ready after a ping! Noise from the microwave. All the food were tepid, tasteless. Rip off, served by a weird lady who was obsessed with moving the salt&pepper pots around the table. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. I heard that this restaurant used to be the place to be. Last millennium maybe....but not now. Having seen the reply from La Lluna today. The decor is so dark downstairs you’d think they were closed. I got there early and saw people prepping for opening but if it was not for that, you’d never know they were open. The entrance needs some work/tidying up also. Once inside I was seated quickly and the menu is very easy to understand - pls note it’s definitely not vegan, it is vegetarian however.
