Ukelele Gastro Lounge 🥗🍔🎶 — Restaurant in Valencia

We booked Ukelele this evening for our dinner, it is in a quiet street of the Del Carmen area of Valencia. We were seated quickly and offered drinks and starters. We decided on chicken wings, crispy crab and gyozas which were all very tasty. We can definitely recommend the Aula Rose which was very reasonably priced and complimented the meal perfectly. The staff were excellent and explained all the menu items very clearly, which included the option of customising your own Poke bowl or burger. We went with 2 burgers and 3 Poke bowls which were all exceptional. They also had a wide selection of deserts inclusing a basque cheesecake which I can also highly recommend. Food was super tasty (I had an alani burger). I rarely order rare-cooked burgers as I usually just get an uncooked peace of meat, but it was definitely not the case here! Whoever was cooking it for sure knows his business, the burger was amazing! Topped it off with a great basque cheesecake, can surely recommend! The waiter was very nice as kind. Interesting combination of poke bowls and burgers, so you could choose whichever you want. What is more, they offer you creating your own taste out of the ingredients offered. We didn’t feel creative, so chose the offers in the menu, which were really great. Big size burgers with plenty of meat inside. Coming back to try bowls next time.
