A month ago, my mom ordered an Aperol without ice and the waitress forgot, then she said we could take it out ourselves and brought us an empty plate without any spoon or utensil to do it. She didn’t seem very attentive or interested in taking our order. We even asked her for some suggestions and she just pointed at the black board, mind you, all of this in Spanish, so there was no language barrier. The location is incredible and it’s pitty that this is was our experience ..! Edit: I don't think that us reading books has anything to do with the service that was offered. If that's a problem for you, then have the courage or conviction of saying it in person if that is against your company policy but don't blame us (or insinuate it) for the fact that reading books was why the waitress was so bad at her job. Clearly, we were willing to try something to eat, but after being treated that way, why bother? Please convince me i'm wrong if that is the case or in the future, throw people out for reading because by your logic that's what makes waiters...

Editing my initial response, I see the owner really do not respect their customers. Upon receiving the answer, I would note that I am a tourist, and when I asked for a cup of coffee, I was already sitting in the street part of the cafe. I asked the waiter (a person in some dark-yellow shirt, with short haircut) for a coffee, she said that the cafeteria served coffee after food. Since I was jet lagged, I asked to get coffee first, and then we also wanted to order food. Waiter responded that she can’t serve us coffee, only after food. I became upset and we found another cafeteria in few blocks. This is the first time I have seen such terrible customer service in Spain. No es mentira. Recomendé a un grupo ir. Yo recomende !!. Una de las chicas compro varios productos. El resto se quedo mas alejado (sin sentarse) esperando a los que faltaban. Mi amiga no queria sentarse sola. de MUY MALA manera tu moza me dijo q no me podia sentar y que me vaya si yo no estaba consumiendo. Eramos dos no usabamos 400 sillas le dije 5 minutos la acompaño. Me diji no. A lo que terminé desistiendo de comprar y el resto opto por no ir . (Incluso no era que faltaban sillas que uno entiende la situacion. habia varias sillas libres)

It's not a lie. I recommended a group to go. I recommend !!. One of the girls bought several products. The rest stayed further away (without sitting down) waiting for those who were missing. My friend did not want to sit alone. In a VERY BAD way, she told me that she couldn't sit me down and that she should leave me if I wasn't using. There were two of us, we didn't use 400 chairs, I told her, I'll accompany her for 5 minutes. I told myself no. To which I ended up giving up buying and the rest opted not to go. (It was not even that there were chairs missing that one understands the situation. There were several free chairs)
And now with your answer... if there is negative feedback, you are a liar.
Lucky that it has a good location. So you don't need to treat people well!!!....
