We came here because it was close by the bioparc valencia. Food was quite greasy and when we checked the bill there were different prices then on the menu and so things extra. The first bill we received was 99 euro and by the end was 93 euros. We checked it because we heard someone else complaining about their bill, so because of these unfairness we don't recommend this place, also was quite loud the space is too small for number of people that were in the restaurant and we were set down by the kitchen so when we left everything was smelling like food(clothes, hair). Also, we scaned the qr code from the menu and when we wanted to order 1 menu of the day they said its from previous day, why don't just mention it from the beginning. EXCEPTIONAL! by far the best meal we have had, the menu del dia is honestly incredible, with the tagliatelle marinara and the paella being an insane standout. the waiter was so lovely to us- i highly disagree with the other review that says they dislike tourists, the waiter was great and understood our broken spanish exceptionally. soooo sooooo sooooooo goooood! beautiful food with presentation topping everything else, with a lovely waiter- so attentive and service was super fast too! superb. 10/10 in every aspect. the plating was so beautiful. La comida está espectacular, ni una pega. Mi hermana optó por pedir un menú del día y yo me la jugué con un entrante que me llamó la atención y un primer plato que me pareció bastante rico, aunque debo decir que los precios son algo altos, la comida no le pondría pega alguna. Eso si...
En cuanto al servicio literalmente le pondría un 0 como una CASA de grande. Para empezar, llegamos y nos sentamos en la terraza, mi hermana entró para preguntar si se podía comer y si no había problema de estar en la terraza, la chica de la barra le dijo que por supuesto. Después de unos 5-10 minutos esperando, entró de nuevo a preguntar que si nos podían atender, con lo que la chica de la barra llamó al camarero de mala manera y este salió enfadado y la pagó con nosotros. Traté de preguntar que nos podía recomendar o de como eran los platos para hacerme una idea de si pedir una carne o otra y nos trató fatal, casi que quería que nos fuéramos a tomar aire (por decirlo de buenas maneras).
Yo puedo entender que uno tenga un mal día, pero este trato no me parece normal. La comida está deliciosa, pero si lo que quieres es un buen servicio... NO es el sitio adecuado. Porque te trataran como una persona de bajo coeficiente intelectual* que ha venido para tocarle las pelotas del aparato reproductor masculino*.
