Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in to. McDonald’s it’s fast food, but this is completely out of the definition and the meaning of it has no point. It’s dirty, unclean, staff goes around once in a while and doesn’t even pick up left overs from the table, random papers on the ground… disgusting. The food seems unfinished yet so old at the same time. Magic, I couldn’t believe it’s even possible. Fries are unfinished and so dry. Burger is so dry. I don’t even know what to think of it. The worst part was the waiting: we arrived in hurry, expected our order to be finished in max 10 mins. Not really. The order took 25min to complete. There was 15 people waiting for their orders to be completed. Usually it’s normal situation and staff can handle it, well not there. Staff was going around, talking to each other, walking slowly and totally unrushed, standing with one ice cream in hand for a minute and did all they could for us to wait longer and longer. Once when nazis forcefully connected Czechia to their empire, they took young people to their factories to work there for them - there was a thing Czechs did: “work slow” as a sabotage, they didn’t want to work for nazis. Well this definitely was one of the “work slow” things. I literally faced my demons to don’t jump to the kitchen and not to complete the order by myself. Don't go here man. First off, there are barely any cleaners and even if there are they blatantly ignore any dirt unless you tell them about it. The top floor is an absolute mess. Water and other liquids everywhere. The seats, tables, floor. Crumbs, papers, everything. Because of no signage, people don't know where to put their plates after eating so they just leave them there. The floor everywhere is sticky and leaves boots sticky too. The bathroom doors are near impossible to open because of how sticky the floor is and are often just left open. Bathrooms are wet and there are tissues on the floor. Only the children's tables are clean. The only acceptable place to eat is the terrace where it is often very cold. There is no one at the counter 90% of the time. Orders are often mixed up. Chaotic and shambolical. Just...

Worst cheeseburger I ever ate. The heel of the regular bun was burnt while the crown was nicely toasted. Please set up and test your toasters before assembling the burgers. The bun was dry and hard, it hardly gave any taste to the burger. Other than that the food presenter was nice and the food was assembled in time (2minutes and 23 seconds and I had my food). Some of the kitchen staff were not wearing any hats to avoid getting hair into the food. Tables were nicely cleaned (upstairs) and the beer was amazing. In conclusion I would give 3/10 for the food and cleanliness and 7/10 for the service. Would I recommend eating here? NO. Would I recommend drinking here? Hell...
