Paffuto (Cortes) — Restaurant in Valencia

We had a lot of fun eating at Paffuto. We kinda misunderstood the menu and ordered waaaaaay too much food, but when our mistake became apperant the staff was very quick and easy to help us. And when the food came… my god… it was good. The pizza was nice and cheesy, with a perfect crust that was not too dark/not too light. And the flavours blended nicely with eachother. Afterwards we were kinda full but decided to share a tiramisu together. Worst mistake ever… because that tiramisu might have just changed my life right there at that moment. It was nice and creemy and flavorfull and I think I got a little teary eyed when it all ended. Then again all good things must come to an end. 🥔 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗼, patatas gratinadas al horno con salsa de queso y trufa. Suaves, tiernas y con un equilibrado sabor a trufa. Agradables de comer y saborear junto con un poco de pan de masa de pizza. Tal vez les falta un poco de crunchy al queso pero aún así son excelentes. 🐙 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮, pulpitos guisados en salsa de tomate con cherries. Fabulosos, ricos y originales. Tal vez la salsa de tomate se puede mejorar dándole más tiempo de Chup, Chup, pero aún así los volvería a pedir sin duda. 🍝𝗥𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗶 𝗚𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶 𝗱𝗶 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲, con un relleno de gallina de corral y verduras con salsa funghi, porcini, trufa y queso parmesano. Salió al dente, como debe de ser, con ese fantástico relleno que no nos dejó indiferentes. Pasta de lo más 🔝 🐟𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲, pasta acompañada de salmón, cebolla morada, tomate confitado, espinacas, nata y parmesano. Mi favorita sin duda. Me encanta la combinación de salmón y pasta. 🍰𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼, tarta de queso al horno con crema de pistacho. Suave y cremosa con el pistacho como protagonista estelar. Muy buena, sin empalagar, 🥧𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘇𝘇𝗼 𝗱𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼, si llegas con hambre al final de la comida este es tu postre. Se trata de una pizza calzone rellena de crema de pistacho con azúcar glass espolvoreado y con más crema de pistacho por encima. Fabulosa, aunque tal vez le añadiría más crema dentro y le quitaría algo de masa. Genial la crema de pistacho.

I used to go to Paffuto before many times because I live nearby, it was always nice and friendly place. Yesterday about 15 o'clock (so 1 h before they are closing) I wanted to quickly drink coffee on an empty terrace. And I was rejected. Due to the restaurant policy you can only eat there. I would really understand if it would be full and with a line of people waiting for a table, but it was with empty terrace and half empty inside.
