Restaurant Bar Biosca, Russafa — Restaurant in Valencia

The place doesn't look like in the pictures, although their ambience is nice. Their menu of tapas and bocadillos is smaller than the one of the pictures posted here. When I went there, I had the feeling that the employees were doing their pause (I'm serious). Maybe they were just opening the restaurant and not very prepared. One of them asked what I wanted to drink without telling me the options they have, which is weird in my opinion. I saw another client having to ask for the coffee they had already ordered since a while. I cannot talk about the quality of the food because the service made me lose the motivation...

On our first day in Valencia we wandered the streets of Russafa looking for a a tapas bar, and fortunately stumbled upon this place. We could not have been happier. The tapas and beer were great. We did not know what to order so the waiter made a few recommendations for us. They were all wonderful. We also had 4 beers. We were trying to guess what our bill would be, and guessed $60, so we were happily surprised by our $40 tab. Highly recommend. Quality food, great ambiance and...

Simplemente voy a centrarme en lo ocurrido que, no por ser ocasional, tiene menos importancia. Anoche 2 de febrero fuimos a cenar un grupo de amigos y compañeros de trabajo (de hecho escogimos el lugar por las reseñas). Cuando estábamos acabando de cenar nos comunica la dueña que no podemos salir del restaurante hasta nuevo aviso por un motivo: hay una pintada en el cuarto de baño de mujeres. Parece ser que, de todas las personas que había en el bar (estaba lleno), fuimos los únicos que, bajo sus prejuicios, éramos los culpables. Tras retenernos durante 20 minutos aproximadamente nos comunica que podemos irnos ya, que no hay problema.

Salimos del restaurante, todavía estupefactos, y nuestra sorpresa fue encontrarnos a dos policías esperándonos en la puerta. Nos registraron a todos y pidieron documentación. Tras pedir explicaciones a la dueña de por qué solo duda de nosotros de entre todos los clientes, su respuesta fue magistral: PORQUE DAIS EL PERFIL.

Una situación muy desagradable que, al menos, espero que le haga recapacitar y no volver a repetir con ningun cliente porque, nosotros no volvemos.

PD. Precio elevado para la cantidad y calidad...
