Café Berlín — Restaurant in Valencia

I found this pace by accident when I strolled along the street. What catched my eye was, that they offered language exchange regularily every week. When I entered I was in another world, or maybe just another country? I felt like I entered a nice hipster-place in Berlin. So I sat down to get served. It was very quiet at this time of day so the service was quite fast and spoke good english. Unfortunately the kitchen was not open, but as I was hungry I ordered a Curry-Wurst. That was a mistake. Too expensive for what you actually get (microwaved bratwurst with curry ketchup), not at all compareable with the German original. Drinks were very good and I ended up ordering a Mojito in the middle of the day :-) Was a great day. This super cool bar in the middle of the narrow center of bon Valencia in the trendy district of Ruzafa is highly recommended if you like deep house music and are into this type of music and audience. The bar is very reminiscent of the Berlin scene Prenzlauer Berg / Friedrichshain. A cool place where you can enjoy cool cocktails and deep house / electro with friends in the evening. The prices are also adapted to the Berlin scene. The only slightly less good remark I have to assign to the staff. You wait a long time until you are asked to order and they could adapt to the friendliness of the Berliners who come from the scene really well, as with everything else the bar has to offer. I used to like this place, but the "you got to have a table" policy is ridiculous. We arrived to take one drink at the bar at 1am and while one bigger table was free and we were okay to share it with anyone who would come, there was no compromise from the waitress. We could not have a drink at the bar nor the table. I'm living in Ruzafa now and won't come here again. You lost a customer and a few more. If you think it's the right vibe treating customers like this in a bar?

So apparently I understood it perfectly and you cannot admit that your policy is not customer friendly. Change your style or someone will replace you as the trendy Ruzafa bar, just my...
