SIETE Sushi & Ramen — Restaurant in Valencia

The best Japanese food we have had in Valencia yet.

Our salad with a miso dressing was light and very flavourful, despite the somewhat odd addition of canned pineapple on top.

The chicken karaage was served piping hot, and was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. It was more reminiscent of Chinese flavours, and was served with a sweet and sour sauce.

The ramen was tasty, but the broth was too light in both flavour and texture. I'm guessing that the noodles are not hand made, which is a bit of a let down.

The sushi was surprisingly good. The rice was cooked and prepared well, and the dishes were served with good quality wasabi, ginger, and soy.

i was in valencia for ~10 days last September (a year ago) and to this day i remeber sie7e sushi and reminisce. i still keep their menu as a souvenir to never forget it; it was the best sushi my friends and i have ever had, and although there was a bit of a language barrier the staff were the nicest people ever and we kept going there nearly every day after discovering the place. truly one of my best memories in spain and one of the main reasons i wanna go back is to visit sie7e again for both; the food and the staff.

Pleasantly surprised! We live in the neighborhood and knew of the one on St. Francesc de Borja but never went there. The atmosphere was very nice and clean and authentic. Service was attentive and very nice. Had Pollo de Ramen and it was pretty good. I've been to a lot Ramen restaurants lately and I would go back for theirs.
