Loco Club — Attraction in Valencia

First time at the Loco Club to see the evergreen Rubinoos on their tour of Spain. Great venue and friendly competent staff who like the job and the music. Views of the stage are good and nice to have 2 bars with drinks tables around for those standing towards the back. I am from the UK and this reminds me of the 100 club in Oxford Street but with a much more chilled atmosphere. As an example, later on when the crowd thinned out and I was just about to do the same (as Dylan would put it) boxes of Pizza etc were delivered for the band, venue owner and staff to chill Apres-gig not back stage but in the bar area. He ido en varias ocasiones a esta sala, la última el pasado 28 de julio para ver a Bette Smith. La única estrella que pongo no es por la calidad de los grupos que traen, que siempre han sido de alta calidad, la única estrella es por el aire acondicionado del local, o mejor dicho por la falta del mismo. El calor era inaguantable. En plena ola de calor, con más de 35 grados en la calle, al salir del local era como recibir una bocanada de aire fresco. Con toda seguridad dentro estábamos a más de 40 grados. Escribo la reseña porque esto mismo ya ocurrió el año pasado.
