Lani's Grill Playa Blanca — Restaurant in Yaiza

Came here 3 times in the space of a week, food is decent, location is great, service is atrocious. Literally ignored by each and every staff member pretending they can’t hear or see you, only way to actually get any of their attention is to stand in front of them and ask can you order or have the bill, in one instance when I asked could I order something one staff member told me to deal with his colleague, the other colleague then when asked could I order something told me “I don’t speak English” and walked away, eventually I got the attention of a nice young woman in glasses who took my order. All in all I found 90% of the staff here...

A great place to have a comfortable and relaxing time. The staff always make the effort to look after you. The table service is great. It's our 'go-to' every year and will continue to be the place for us. The live singera are always brill. The food is fab and the drink portions are very generous. Thank you to everyone at Lanis for always making our holidays fab and welcoming us back each time....
