After all is said and done Oasis marina Bay absolutely knocked me socklets off! Myself plus the old boyfo man meandered swiftly towards sounds of delirious, exotic chaos. We located the source and were entranced immediately. Upon microphones were songsters and they sang in such perfect harmony which made everyone boogie down on the floor. We couldn’t dance but asked the host if we could please have dos sx on the b*ch’s. The host obliged immediately and before you could say sweet Caroline we had dancing boys for days. The whole dance floor was sweating and heaving (positively) and swinging and jumping for love and laughter. Meanwhile, my hubbo and sweet little old moi truly were oblivious to all the problems in England. Suddenly there I realised I am having fun! I forgot what legal fun felt like. Fun was brill and I haven’t recently had very fun times. So hubbie took me by the hand saying, “come to the place where our feet fly and our hands are raised like we have no brakes” I almost cried because I haven’t been spoken to by hubster in about 3 decades like this! After a few boogies later my hips couldn’t really lie and my knees were feeling frail so sadly it had to come to an end. This would have been a 5 star review as we had visited at the lunch time and everything had been fantastic the food was great and drinks were great and the staff really friendly, we decided to go back on the evening for cocktails as we had enjoyed it so much on the lunch time. When we came back they had a dodgy live double act murdering songs, we still decided to go back in and get drinks. While having drinks 3 lads turned up asking if they could have a table for 3 students. The person that seemed to be running the evening looked to say yes, the 3 lads then left after hanging around for a couple of minutes, they then returned with about 20 others, it was carnage, none of them were ordering anything and people started leaving when they turned up as they were knocking in to people and table's but the staff let them stay as there bar looked more popular. Watch your money!! Would have left a great review if we hadn’t experienced such awful service on our last night by one of the waiters. We visited every night and really enjoyed ourselves buying several drinks. On our last night we paid our bill and left a tip as usual and were walking back to our hotel when the waiter shouted as us and chased us saying we’d not left enough money, he marched us back to the restaurant and demanded we pay, we was all really shocked and intimidated considering we had paid the bill but 20 euro was missing so someone must have taken it after we left.
