Should not have believed the reviews. Worst restaurant in Lanzarote in 2 weeks. Once we heard a british couple say it was the worst experience they had there after many visits and heard the chef was off, we should have left. Garlic prawns mushy, calamari was spongy and goat cheese from SPAR. Even the bread wasn’t fresh and as we left, the waiter took back the unopened butter for reuse! Goat chops as an entee was more like an appetizer and the roast piglet was dry. Potatoes were soggie and tasteless. Someone wrote that there is a view. What restaurant did you visit? Both sides of the restaurant overlook the parking lot! This is one of the few times that Google reviews have seriously been wrong. Never again. EDIT: 3 hours later and food poisoning with diarrhea and nausea. Google reviewers, what were you thinking? Severe illness on vacation. Thanks. Vomiting profusely all night for what? EDIT 2: Christmas eve, 18 hours later and still sick in bed. What a vacation...

Been coming here for date night for years! Classic Spanish food with Argentinian influences. Paella is great value, generous portion and filled with meat / fish. Fish of the day (sea bass) was grilled and seasoned perfectly, served with potatoes and veg. Would definitely recommend! Service was incredible with completely mini tapas while we were waiting for our Mains. Will always be going back and recommending to friends.

By far the best restaurant we tried in playa Blanca. If you want really great food, with great service and best staff come here! Fish, paella or meats are all great. Thanks for everything! Please come here and support these guys, they deserve it.

Oh dear! We went on a Monday evening for dinner. It's a lovely, small, presumably family run restaurant with an enticing menu. The mistake (probably) was going on a Monday when the waiter has a night off. The substitute an, albeit pleasant, lady is incredibly slow. We were given menus about 5 minutes after we arrived. Fine. However, we then sat there for probably 30-40 minutes before she came to take our order. No drinks, no nothing. I was just saying to my wife 'come on we're going. There's lots of restaurants a few minutes away' when she appeared and took our order. Other Brits in the restaurant, also frustrated, were, rather cruelly, enacting scenes from Fawlty Towers. The food and wine, when it finally arrived, was good without being exceptional. Will we go back? No. We loved the atmosphere and would love to support a small establishment, but life is too short to wait this long for...

After 20 years of wonderful service this business has been taken over by new owners. The waitress was only interested in her phone and eating food as she spoke. The water was served in bottles not opemed at table and the bottles had already been used. The paella marisco had very few natural ingredient and was overcooked leaving a bad taste in the mouth. The 2 prawns were not cooked at all so the waiter kindly had them recooked and added 2 more but all 4 were off. The 2 staff in the kitchen looked unkempt with no hats or uniforms The lighting has changed almost like an institution so bright. The waiter was doing his best but the waitress was not interested at all. What a fall from grace this was one of the best restaurants in playa Blanca to the worst I have ever experienced in all my years here. All the former clients will...
