Food is ok, service is really bad- giving a 2 to be gracious. Came in at 7pm and sat down for dinner… were given a paper and pen and menu. No hello or welcome. Menu has like 3 different types of falafel. As soon as we handed back the paper in with our order, they had verbal questions for us anyway…? Can’t you just take our order normally so it comes out right.

Asked for water and they brought one water out though there is 2 of us sitting at the table. Food was meh at best… gave us the falafel sandwich instead of appetizer. Fork was dirty and had to ask for new one, and bartender couldn’t even bring it to us. One server (I guess that what he is) took dinner in the middle of the restaurant before we even had our own food. Basically an over-priced kebab stand, but wouldn’t come back again. Se les ha ido la mano completamente con los precios, y por si fuese poco te cobran 10 céntimos por pedir para llevar, cosa que me parece ridícula ya que vale más tener a alguien atendiendo una mesa con cubiertos, platos, etc más el aire... Han subido en 3 años las hamburguesas un 44% (de 4.30 a 6.20) y si le añadimos el canteo de los 0,10 un 46,5%. Y para más broma escucho al camarero de toda la vida quejarse de que en Mercadona habían subido un producto 40%, madre mía...

En el concepto de los 10 céntimos pone para llevar, nada de bolsa, ergo el usuario no tiene porque pensar que le están cobrando por otra cosa a pesar de que la ley imponga su pago (cosa que no en todos los establecimientos se hace y menos cuando subes tus precios 0.30 cada año). No obstante, puedo comprar el argumento pero no entiendo que me la casquéis cuando simplemente llevo un bocadillo al que no sois capaces ni de meterle 2 tristes servilletas, por consiguiente entiendo que de esto también sacáis buena tajada. Vuestro camarero tiene toda la razón del mundo, pero mira quién fue a hablar. Y porque cambiéis la comparación no dejáis de haber subido un 44% el precio en menos de 4 años en los que el común de los españoles no ha visto aumentado su sueldo ni mucho menos. No quiero que se me malinterprete, me parece normal y justo que se suban los precios cuando todo está más caro, pero no que se inflen porque un local funciona como un tiro y, además, se intente engañar al cliente haciéndole creer que todo está...
