Ristorante pizzería da Francesco — Restaurant in Zaragoza

We have been living in Spain for some years now and have looked for good Italian food and Pizza. We have largely been disappointed by the lack of authentic Italian food and atmosphere. This restaurant and it's staff along with its food is the best that Zaragoza has to offer in the way of pizza and Italian pasta.

The atmosphere is quaint. If I had to guess I would say there are only six or seven tables.

The food is nothing short of extraordinary. They use high quality ingredients, along with a clear understanding of how to put those ingredients together cook them and present them.

We enjoyed pasta carbonara with a homemade authentic bacon that will blow your mind. The pizza is, in a word, perfection. They prepare dough two days in advance allowing it the proper time to rest and develop flavor they then roll it by hand, add the best ingredients you can find along with authentic cheeses, tomatoes and spices and they cook it in an oven that is wood fired.

The desserts are also nothing shy of extraordinary with great flavor and attention to detail.

To cap everything off the owner or owners are attentive and kind. They offer a level of service and attention to detail that is found in very few restaurants.

We have found a new favorite and will return...

El sabor de las pizzas está bien, pero dejan mucho que desear en trato al público. Sobrepasan el límite de la ética con tal de hacer su publicidad. Nos han decepcionado mucho como clientes. No pensamos volver nunca.

No hay opción de responder a comentario del establecimiento, y no me merece la pena ir personalmente a darle explicaciones. Verá que colaboro muy amablemente añadiendo a los lugares visitados mi más sincera y respetuosa opinión. Soy usuaria que si en un lugar me tratan bien, dedico mi tiempo a valorarlo en positivo. Y le aclararé, que saltan la ética, porque ustedes participan en una app donde los establecimientos preparan unos packs sorpresa para evitar el desperdicio de alimentos, y los usuarios a cambio les aportan un pago para paliar los gastos de esos productos a los que no han podido dar salida. Si un establecimiento no tiene sobrante, no participa. Pues bien, ustedes lo usan de manera improcedente, y nos dicen que lo usan para publicitarse, abiertamente. Para mi señores, aquí pierden toda su moral, usando de forma fraudulenta esta interesante aplicación. Nos hacen de propio, por un precio muy elevado una pizza con un poco de york y unos champiñones sin preguntar acaso si nos gustan, o si tenemos alguna alergia o intolerancia y así cumplen y se quedan tan agusto. Nos ha parecido realmente VERGONZOSO. Ahí tiene la explicación que me solicitaba. Y no tengo nada personal, pero esto ha ocurrido, y para esto están las reseñas. The food was good with perfect portions to kill our hunger. There is a pizza called volcano that was shared between 4 people. Pasta was filling and the service was charming and pleasant. There are inside and outside tables all of them with with service. The restaurant was busy so I would advise to book in advance. I would have liked to see fresh pasta in the menu.
