Pizza Hut - Havelock Town — Restaurant in Colombo

I have no desire to leave a bad review, but faced disappointment with my last super supreme pizza. I have lodge a complaint on the hotline due to the bad experience because was concerned about the next customer who wants to try this and enjoy this.

However I do APPRECIATE Havelock Town shift manager MISS ANOMA, who went extra mile to keep their standard, not with a simply apology but delivering the same pizza for free correcting their previous mistake. Which I refused it several times and only made a request - kindly treat the next customer good and serve them better. Still she insisted to deliver us the pizza for free to make us happy and remain forever with their business.

I do appreciate the way she dealt this scenario, Its always about your customer and your responsibility. She deserves better recognition...

I placed an order Via Uber with estimated delivery time of 45-60 mins but turn out they didn’t have the order ready and ended up being the longest delivery time I have ever experienced in my life- 1 hour and 40 mins for bloody pizza. When I got the pizza it only got worse as they messed up my order and sent wrong pizza ( I am vegetarian and got chicken)! After spending hours they couldn’t even the bloody order right! In addition the cheesy garlic toast was stone cold! I had to go out to the shop and buy something else at the end after spending more than LKR 4200! This is a general review of pizza hut. Its a shame a franchise serving thick crust pizza without any toppings other than just chicken sausages sprinkled with crush chillies to make it spicy. The dough was raw in the middle and only the top layer held melted cheese. Ordered medium pizzas but received small pizzas. Requested for crush chillies but received tomato sauce in sachets. And the pizza was stone cold. The base was not hand made but frozen. Definitely the franchises in Sri Lanka need expert training also and those answering the phone to take orders need language training and must be able to speak in all three...
