Just 1 word Worrrssttttt!!! 🤮 Greedy Restaurent! If they can't make orders why do they accept? Why to accept orders nos beyond their capacity? We ordered a Spl Eid biriyani Sawan as per their condition we payed in advance & on the eid we went to collect on time, It was Overcrowded as heck, disorganised mess! & they said Food is over & they are preparing & to wait till they prepare! Ridiculous! Are we ppl jobless? Should we waste our time without A/C in squeezing crowd with rogues! There were indecent rowdies too they were even misbehaving! On first place if the restaurant ppl were organized why this many issues! The Food too was Trash! OVER SPICY Spoilt chicken curry, tandoori chicken was just bones & salty they said full chicken but only few bones of half chicken, greenpeas curry spicy bland, no flavour, chicken lollipop they kept some leftover wings the rice & curries both had 0 taste! Spoilt our mood on Eid! Quantity hidden placing ontainers over rice! Actual was less Saveira eid sawan = scam!🥴👎👎

First learn to be polite when a customer replies post a review! Poor customer service! I'm not jobless nor have the necessity to disrepute your restaurent.

The Food wasn’t good as I stated, lollipop was just wings the chicken curry was spoilt ,green peas was bland if the food is good we would hv appreciated but if its bad we will criticise this was bad 2 in my fam felt sick too! so I criticized. I shared my experience & review is meant for that infact its helpful for the restaurant to help to improve in future Not only me if a person likes or disliske they will definealty share it. Also u ppl didnt apolgize too, No apologies Instead giving harsh replies & doesn't accept criticism cheap attitude! U ppl are only dereputizing by ur food & worst behavior!

Good food. But worst service.

We had taken guests to have some important discussions. We had informed earlier and they asked us to come. We requested a table in a private unlit side after reaching. They said the AC was not working there. And seated us in the middle of the crowded area.

They kept bringing us the food bill and drinks bill before we had finished them. Then cleaned up the table with us seated right there. When we had not vacated the table like they expected us to, they brought the next set of guests right to our table. Of course we had to leave.

Only to wait outside for the double parked vehicle Infront of our car to be removed. When my husband had gone inside again to ask them to enquire about that vehicle, he found that the private unlit side area, lit up and AC working miraculously now. When he asked them, they said it was working suddenly 😒. Ok, we can understand their policy of filling out the middle tables first and being economical. But can't help compare it to our bill of more than rs.6000 and shuttled out unceremoniously within 90 minutes to a same situation in Gampola pizza hut where we had taken guests a month back. We had spent nearly 2 and half hours there with just a large pizza and 4 lava cakes. And the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Definitely won't be taking guests...

So, I have a few things to mention about my visit.

First thing that really made me uncomfortable was the table mat. They’re using some old laminated board which looks super worn out and honestly, quite ugly. The corners were really dirty too (I’ve attached a photo). I really hope they consider changing it to a simple and clean table mat instead. It’s honestly so irritating to eat on that.

The overall atmosphere wasn’t calm at all. Space management is poor — tables are placed way too close to each other. It’s fine if this was just a normal tea shop somewhere, but with the kind of branding they have, this setup is disappointing. You can hear other people’s conversations clearly. Honestly, if it was a girl seated at the next table, her hair would’ve been on our table — that’s how close the tables are!

Food-wise, rice was okay, nothing special. But the pineapple juice I ordered was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was super watery and had barely any flavor.

Also, they didn’t give us forks with the spoons — we had to ask for them. And the one we got was taken from another table, which doesn’t feel right.
