Crepe Runner - Havelock City Mall — Restaurant in Colombo

Crepe Runner has the best affordable delicious crepes! Every time I visit, they never disappoint, regardless of their location. The staff is always friendly, providing courteous service that makes each experience memorable.

Recently, we visited the Crepe Runner at Havelock City Mall, just as the mall was about to close. This is a small joint with very limited seating space but with the same deliciously made crepes!

Despite the late hour and a queue of customers, the team served everyone warmly and patiently. But what truly stood out happened after our meal. When we got home, my wife realized she might have left her phone on our table. Knowing how things can be these days, we weren’t too hopeful, but we tried calling the phone the next morning. To our surprise, a lady answered and explained that the night staff had found the phone, secured it in a locker, and left a note for the next shift.

This act spoke volumes about the honesty and integrity of the Crepe Runner team. We were able to retrieve the phone without any issue, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Went to Havelock city mall branch with my wife , first impressions with and the service I got is really disappointing . I asked cashier “what are the promos on going “ He pointed at the promo board , he should explain to the customer what are the promotions available whats include , etc From after cashier guy pointed us 890 offer We decided to go for it , so we paid the amount and since it’s dining we waited at the table , when we come to the staff no any customers were in there also atmosphere seems very dull , stall also over staff and we have it wait quite long to get our order ( which is should improve ) So after we waited while we received our order in flatless tray ( so Coffe was spilling due to this ) why aren’t they server in like this broken trays , as customers we don’t need this hassle.
