I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. We made a reservation and paid an advance on October 10th for a lunch on October 13th. The manager assured us that if anything went wrong, they would provide a refund. On the day of the reservation, there was heavy rain, and since their rooftop area wasn’t covered, we had to find another venue. The ground floor was also unsuitable for our group of 16 people.
When we canceled, they took my bank details and promised to refund the payment on Monday, October 14th. Today is October 16th, and the refund still has not been processed. Instead of offering a solution, the manager was unresponsive, rude, and unprofessional when I contacted them. He blatantly blamed me and rudely mentioned that I wasn’t their only customer, implying that my concerns were not a priority.
This is not how a business should treat its customers. It shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many restaurants and cafés that value their customers and handle situations like this with care...

When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and since the rooftop area was not covered, they offered to arrange seating elsewhere. However, the available space was far smaller than what was shown in the photos. As a result, we decided to change the venue. The manager acknowledged our decision, and another staff member took our account details, promising that the refund would be processed by Monday.
Despite following up multiple times, as of today (the 16th), the refund has not been issued, with the manager providing various excuses. When we reached out again to resolve the matter, the manager responded rudely, stating that he had more important things to do than handle this matter.

Read moreIm not satisfactory their service. When i was in weekend, I think its a quiet good place to have my meals. I have to order a different menu for my sufffer. Cheese chicken kotthu! I had a one. But there is no cheese. They add curd instead of cheese. They cheeted on me. But I was patient at that moment because of sevier hungry. But one thing to say. Adding curd instead of cheese, not bad. But the thing is cheeting.. Another thing that I have to say. Customer service that are providing for local people is not satisfactory. They are not consider our needness. When im going to eat they were not give me a water glass. How ever it is a little bit good place. The venue, foriegn and local customers, etc all the factors are in good level. With that matters if they try to supply better service to us, it will be excellent. I think they will understand that and dont look about that in hatting mood!...
