Maybe the very best burgers in town, for several reasons. First, their meat and the home baked bread are fantastic. Second, their burgers are just right. Some other places serve big, sloppy burgers that get very messy, or force you to break out a knife and fork, but that's not the case here. Burgersson have the right size, and are very well made, so they are easy to eat with your hands. Third, their selection of beers, side dishes and temporary burger recipes is great, so you you can eat and drink something different even if you visit often. Great burgers made of free range ecological meat, there are also vegetarian alternatives on the menu. The buns are tasty but they also have gluten free bread (tastes ok) or, if you ask, you can get just lettuce as wrapping if you prefer the burger gluten free. One burger is quite filling as it is but you can add different sides and dippings to your liking. For example the fries with "Västerbottensost" (tasty Swedish cheese) is really good! I don’t understand how you don’t rate this place with 5 stars! I mean If you don’t like hamburger, there are plenty of other foods in the naborhood. If you do, this is the best hamburger in the city! The food is good and freshly and passionately made for you. My child loved the child burger.

DO NOT FORGETT västerbotten pommes. You try it once you will always come back for it.
