Sharp turn downhill. Slow service, understaffed since the owner temporarily layed off most personell even with full tables and many people were turned down on getting a seat or reservation due to the restaurant being full. Half the salad had gone bad, and only drips of oil as dressing. No balsamico or even vinegar. No crutons. The bruschetta that used to be wonderful always was now a concocted mess with tasteless tomatoes, a leaf of basil on the side, and more bad salad. At least the pasta is still good. Giving 2 stars just for ambience and service. Otherwise taste wise it's a 0 where you are paying a lot. It felt like the chef uses a lot of garlic powder, and your pasta taste revolves around that only, you just had garlic in your mouth the whole time, and the powder type garlic. Secondly most Italian restaurants have complimentary Bread and if not that, they do give parmesan cheese to put on your pasta, but guess what... it is not available here, you pay extra for cheese. All my friends recommended me this place and since I tried it for the first time I was never disappointed. I was also absolutely stunned by their tagliatelle with lobster, so so creamy! I come from southern Italy and I think this is the best place in Lund to eat pasta, no doubts.
