LA PIZZERIA ITALIA — Restaurant in Lund Municipality

Food 3: we ordered the new pizza burata and a number 6 Caprese do Stagione. I was surprised that the sauce and the cheese had so little taste. The crust was fine and the ham quality was very good, but the taste was bland in general and the addition of uncooked tomatoes (körsbärstomater) added so much water that the pizza had almost no taste at all.

Service 3: I am not sure I should expect so much service contact after ordering in Scandinavia, but there was zero interaction after receiving our food until we left. Very nice and friendly waitstaff, but minimum contact level.

Atmosphere 5: nice eating area and comfortable wall surfaces...

To our surprise, the food quality and pricing deserve a high rating. They only had one desert, but it was really excellent. Also, they served an espresso which deserves the name. The pizza were actually excellent - we had the scandinava, vegatarian, and magherita for the kids. We found the restaurant empty and wondered why no guests were there. The place is cozy with a good atmosphere. It's divided up between a pizza restaurant and a pasta restaurant. Both places have full rights and serve alcohol should you want it. The prices for pizza are about 130 swedish krona. The pizzas them selves are good enough but not amazing. The place is worth a visit. You can usually just drop in but book a table if you want to be sure...
