O'Leary is a quality bar with a nice selection of beer and a great interior really making you feel at home. The menu offers a huge selection of food. Sadly the majority of the food is quite dull and bland. I think the main issue with the food is that it is such a huge jack of all trades menu that it all melts together in a bland boring meal. I think O'Learys should try to focus their food and go for quality instead of quantity.
The prices are good if you want a drink. If you want food you will have to pay around 200 kr which I personally think is a bit much for the quality you get.
The table placements are very tight which means a casual dinner for two will not go over very well as you can pretty much hear your neighbor blinking.
Staff are friendly but usually quite stressed out which I can't blame them for.
An overall average experience great if you want to drink beer and...
Read moreExtremely slow service with the quality of the food being comparable to traditional peasant food with the ingredients being used. The food was cooked in a way which a 10 year old would cook food (meat extremely cooked through and runny pasta sauce). Sides and toppings to our meals were not included which prompted us to ask for them separately after the food came to our table. If I was the head chef (which I’m not obviously) I would take a long, deep, hard and extensive look into the mirror and ponder upon what horrible service I am providing to my invaluable customers. Extremely disappointing and definitely will not be returning...
Read moreI would give 0 stars on service if I could. I waited 1h45m for my main course before I just gave up and left. The restaurant was full but not over capacity, and much of it had been reserved for our party of 31. There's no excuse to not even be able to give an estimate of when the food might be ready after, and I can't emphasize this enough, 105 minutes. The appetizers stopped coming after the 1st half hour and the people who got salads were not just done, but done after taking their leisurely time at least half an hour before I gave up. The games were fun, but apparently they don't have the kitchen space for their...
