This restaurant is something special, let me tell you. We were a group of 9 people and were all served professionally and quickly. The kitchen is open toward the dining area so you can see the Cook do his work. For one, the food was delicious and well made. But what really amazed me was their Customer Service. I have never experienced such heart felt hospitality, anywhere. Both the server and the cook (A daughter-father team) were very friendly. My wife and I stood up and looked at their decorations in the back, where we discovered a bottle of the famous french Lorina lemonade. We asked how much it would cost, because we did not notice at first that it was part of the decoration. They told us the price and we told them we would think it over. We then sat down to eat. When we were finished our host invited us to have some coffee as well, which we were unable to do because of time constraints. But then he came over and gave us the Lorina bottle, free of charge. In other words: They saw what their customers liked or needed and immediately did everything they could to fulfill those needs.

Don’t be fooled by the great reviews like we were. Ordered two pizzas, was asked to return 30 minutes after ordering. I returned, and was asked to wait another 30 minutes. A total of an hour! Staff were nonchalant and did not issue an apology for the excessive delay incurred. When we arrived home, we discovered that 1/2 of the pizza’s had two hairs in it, which coming to think about it comes as no surprise since none of the staff covered their hair with nets! I gagged and frankly lost my appetite at the sight of it. Poor adherence to food hygiene standards and the pizza was bland and had scant toppings.

EDIT: to counter your response, I visited your premises on the 11th of July and I have a receipt to evidence this. This has been emailed to the restaurant. I find your insinuation that my experience is dishonest to be very distasteful but a perfect example of your lack of integrity and consideration...
