Excellent! I shared the burrata appetizer and had the Pasta ripiena salvia e burro and both were tasty and satisfying. I should have taken pictures because both dishes looked like they were made with love and tasted as good as advertised. As a vegetarian, I tend to be pleasantly surprised when I have more than one or two options when not going somewhere that's specifically branded as veggie friendly, so it was great to have that freedom.
Some extra treats were the focaccia served with olive oil and chocolate truffles. I felt like I could eat several plates of the focaccia, it was fresh and warm and felt like tasting summer. The truffles were an excellent end to the meal, combined they made excellent bookends on a nice experience.
Overall: we had good service and the food was great, all for an excellent price! Surprised to see some negative reviews but we didn't have a similar experience and left happy. Looking forward to when this place has their liquor license but will try to get some visits in before...
Read moreHej, Thanks for feedback & interest in what could have been improved! I would say that we are foodies, and people that have been exposed to Italian cuisine and culture throughout the life. Unfortunately, the food was rather tasteless, but I believe the impression was negative mostly because of the service as we found out afterwards, ourselves, that there are other options besides what is in the menu. This has to be clearly communicated by the staff! Carpaccio was served on a very small plate, not easy to cut & navigate and missing some of the ingredients. Outdoor seating was 40% ish full and it meant for us to seat on a table with 4 seats, even though it has been 2 of us, as we were potentially expecting a friend. The waiter was not compromising offering us only 2 seats table while we could clearly see other 4 seats place occupied by “only” 2 people. All the best in your future...
Read moreGreat atmosphere. The interior feels Italian and food quality was good. Was happy about a nice italian coffee with my dessert. Things that wasn't so good- they didn't have any wine list so we needed to just trust what the waiter said. Didn't get a feeling that he had a lot of knowledge about wines... also my order got screwed up- I got main course first and when I said that I ordered 3 course dinner it became a bit of mess because the girl that took the food to us wasn't the same that took our order... They of course offered to take the food back and prepare our starter but it seemed as a waste of food big time so we had main and then starter. It ruined the whole experience a bit. But the waiter was really nice and you could see that he felt bad about his mistake and gave us complimentary coffee. So overall we still had a good night and food...
