Piccolo Mondo — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

If you have more than 10 people eating at your restaurant then please do your job!!!!!! The food was pre ordered ahead ,but still, we had to wait a really long time for it, and some of our orders were actually messed up!!!! A few of us did not get a lot of food on our plates and the bread and parmesan cheese was served 7 to 10 minutes after 3 plates of spaghetti was placed at the table, IT WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!! Someone at our table was supposed to get a sauce without dairy and gluten, but there was NO sauce at all!!! It was VERY crowded and loud. And their toilets DISCUSTING, it was SOOOOO NASTY, the seat was broken and I had to clean the toilet before I could use it . Seriously!!!!! Seriously???? NASTY,NASTY, NASTY. I will NEVER ever come back, and I do believe you will lose more customers if changes will not come. And you should let your staff know that if someone is unhappy with the food and service and complains about it, the staff should be service minded and very apologetic about it and try to smooth things over. We wanted to drink some coffee and eat some dessert after dinner so we went here. Really disappointing. Sign said to wait to be seated, after a while we just went inside and searched for someone. Restaurant was only half full, but they were not capable of manging only these people. We asked for coffee from the menu, waiter didn't know what the coffee was that I ordered (it is on the menu). Also we asked for tiramisu - thex said they don't have anything. After a while somebody run (not joking) out to us - saying he has found one. So we stayed longer. Since we didn't pay directly he was standing a little away from us, until we finished and directly came to say that we should pay when we are finished. ... never again. Coffee was not good, and tiramisu in that glas really...

We arrived without a reservation, 7 of us in total.

We were greeted by a super polite and friendly young man, unfortunately I didn't get his name. ( but we did tip him)

We weren't the easiest of customers, due to our mixed age group, some old, some young.

Being able to make decisions wasn't our strong points 😂

We orderd a variety of dishes, 3 starter and 5 different mains, all were really nice in our opinion.

I brought chilli flakes from home as I like a bit of extra spice, and so do my family , we didn't ask for any due to this , so not sure if the restaurant has them.

The house white wine was very nice, so was the dessert.

All in all a very nice and pleasant Sunday night dinner for us, once again a big thank you to our waiter.
