Let's start with the + this place is gorgeous, skyview of Solna. Very well decorated. The staff is super friendly, and i think the food is good with a nice selection of wine. BUT service is so disorganized that even though we've book 3 days in advance, arrived 15min early, we weren't able to get to the actual dinner. Not one order was right... I'm traveling with a baby, although the restaurant was empty we were seated at the most inconvenient place you could sit a single parent.. even though baby chairs available, had to ask specially for it, the staff didn't realized that a 2y old can't be seated in front of their parent on an adult chair..alone. ordered drinks without ice, got them with ice, ordered fries as a side to the main course got 2 plates of fries without the main course. Asked twice for the main course, in case they forgot, but after 1h, and after all those who have arrived after us have finished their dinner, nothing was even on its way in the kitchen... we decided to go home on an empty stomach. This is particularly disappointing as I was looking forward to gave this first ever dinner in Sweden, being a Christmas eve dinner... in style .. ended up back at our hotel, no alternative possibilities due to holiday, with some tea... having payed full stack - no gesture, although they've realized they made "A few" mistakes, were made by the staff...I do not recommend this place for a special occasion, but most certainly as a...

Went to dinner with my parents and some friends and I was surprised to find this gem of a restaurant here. The food court in Mall of Scandinavia is not the best so if you want to have a nice dinner in the area you should go here.

I had the "Wild boar stew with pappardelle pasta, winter salad with "granbark" vinaigrette & truffle pecorino"and it was amazing.

Some went for "Swedish arctic char served with mashed potatoes, sea urchin, mushrooms, västerbottencheese & roe sauce" and the "Le Burger" and everyone was very happy. Portions are big so make sure to be hungry.

The view is amazing from the 25th floor which is a bonus but the food alone is...

Food was fantastic but the service is terrible. They seriously need to check their waitress. They look like they hate their job. They don't smile, especially the colored lady. She doesn't even ask whether we liked our food. I'm celebrating my birthday and I wanted to have a nice dinner with my family at a nice place but felt like we weren't welcome there. The place is lovely, the ambiance was nice but you have client-facing staff who are not friendly to customers, are not properly trained in the hospitality industry, then its very bad for the hotel. I hope someone from Nordic Hotels will take...
