This place was really great. We got there exactly when it opened at 4:30pm and didn't have any reservation. They said they would be able to seat us but we only had to 6 for others with reservations. We ate comfortably without rushing and was out with 10 mins to spare. This is the restaurant I believed bag had the best meatballs from all the meatballs we've eaten. Our waiter was also really the best next to Daniel from Invece.
So on to the food. Their hash brown and chanterelles toast was really good. The hash brown was really nice and crispy and amazing. Also got the 1/2 Swedish lobster which was small but fresh. I got the cod with the potato croquettes and it was soft and moist and the croquettes were delicious as well. The cheese was salty but it went well with it. The meatballs and lingonberry were so flavorful and moist and I just loved it. Next it the wild boat sausage which i heard was amazingly flavorful. Next is the beef tartar but the portion eat huge which ended up becoming too much got the person eating it. Next is the wild boat sausage I was told was juicy and tasted good.
Overall we all ate great food and enjoyed ourselves without feeling rushed even tho they said we had a bit of a time limit. Our waiter was really friendly and nice and explained whenever we...

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would—for the food, service, atmosphere, and everything in between. This is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in Europe!
I live in NYC and travel often throughout Europe for pleasure, always on the lookout for authentic, local gems—and this place blew me away. I had some of the best Swedish meatballs ever, paired with a delicious glass of wine, all served with exceptionally friendly and attentive service.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of character. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve truly experienced Stockholm.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city—or lucky enough to live there. I only hope they consider opening a location in New...
Read moreThis could become a regular place for us. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and excellent service. Some aspects of the food were truly excellent, the way they serve white asparagus for example. Overall the amount of salt used could be tempered a little ( that’s a common problem in Sweden) My steak was a very good quality cut but served as a slab of meat with nothing else, the shredded fried potatoe served on the side were a disappointment, difficult to eat and like the steak served cold. I did not want to spoil the atmosphere by mentioning this or sending it back. I will go back though, very nice place and really...
