iMåne CupBap — Restaurant in Stockholm

Best bimbimbap I have had for some time. The texture of the rice was great, and the gochujang sauce was just perfect. There are 4 kinds to choose from, and two are vegetarian which was nice to see. Price is fair given its Stockholm. There are two tables, and you can maximum be 4 people at the bigger table section. It seems to be mainly take away.

The guy at the counter was really friendly and service minded and told us what bimbimbap means and how you best eat it (stir everything).

I'm disappointed to find that the Bimbimbap here is only average and very basic. If you specialise in one dish I would expect you to get it right. I know that a Bimbimbap can take many shaped and forms, but it feels like they have gone cheap on the ingredients. I'm missing texture in the food. The vegetables are supposed to have crunch. Really nice bibimbap! Flavourful, fragrant and a lovely gochujang sauce to go with it! The beef was soft and the veggies had a lovely crunch to them!

Great portion size, a short menu which I love and nice that tea is included. Friendly staff.
