Extremely disappointing experience.
We waited 20 minutes just to receive a menu while the place was barely occupied, and during that time, the table that had been cleared for us was given to another group, and we were asked to wait another 5 minutes for a different one. No explanation or apology.
When the waitress finally came to take our order, she returned 10 minutes later to tell us it was the last order — something she could’ve easily informed us about when we sat down. She was rude, disinterested, and noticeably warmer toward other (non-Indian) guests around us. The difference in treatment was clear and felt blatantly racist.
What’s most ironic is that the restaurant proudly quotes Mahatma Gandhi on their website:
"A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so." Sadly, this was completely disconnected from our experience.
The food was just okay, but not worth the price or the disrespect we faced.
We sincerely hope the management takes note of this discriminatory behaviour and takes action.
To the waitress — if you do read this: Please understand how your behavior made us feel. We came in excited to enjoy a meal, and we left feeling disrespected and humiliated. You may not have realized it, but your body language, tone, and selective treatment were not just unprofessional — they were hurtful. We hope you reflect on this and treat every guest with equal dignity...

'Buy 1 Get 1 free,' and I fell into this trap with my recent order from Uber Eats. I had to highlight this fraudulent practice so that the management could take notice of this issue. I ordered 'Veggie chickpeas masala with paneer' through a special Uber Eats offer, 'Buy 1 Get 1 free'.
I found out that my order/ curry was spread out into two boxes, and I was given ample rice (Which did not taste good either).
As one can see, my order of 'Shahi Lasooni Panner' curry quantity is compared with one box of 'Veggie chickpeas masala with paneer.' One can see the reduced quantity in the latter.
05th of April, 2022:
We visited the place on the 05th of April, 2022 for an after-work. The waiting time to be served was longer than my previous experience at this place. The quality of food was good and as it always is. But, all the 6 new guests along with me experienced that the servers were passive-aggressive in their behavior. So, in terms of service and hospitality, this place was good several times I visited but, that evening was utterly poor. We were finishing our food and sitting chit-chatting the servers took our plates with glasses of drinking water as well, which some people needed them. I hope the management takes appropriate training for the servers.
Two stars: Because the food was good Zero stars: For the...

‘One of the indications of its commitment to serving authentic Indian flavors is the frequent presence of native Indians enjoying meals with their families and friends. An Indian will always recognize the authentic taste.’
My international friends from Europe, Asia, South America, and North America are a big fans of Garlic Naan, Palak Paneer, Butter Chicken, and other Indian dishes. They find the taste of these dishes at ISF on Karlbergsvägen in Stockholm to be the best and most delightful. I regularly visit this restaurant with both my Indian and international friends, and it has become our best destination for food, a pleasant ambiance, and excellent service. The behavior and attitude of the staff significantly contribute to the overall customer experience and I have consistently found the owner and attending staff to be humble, cheerful, and welcoming.
Here are my recommendations for vegetarian dishes: Dal Makhni, Vegan Daal, Palak Paneer, Kofta, Kadhai Paneer, Samosa Chaat, Papadam, Garlic Naan, Lachcha Paratha, Green Mint Chutney and Ras Malai in the...
