edit: thank you for clarifying, nonetheless the fact of the matter remains you did indeed charge both for the iced option and the oat milk. 😬 hopefully this was just a one time misunderstanding with the stuff then :)

Charging extra for iced drinks is insaneeeee and 6SEK too. Same for an oat milk option especially in Sweden (another like 10sek) Especially since the drink itself is overpriced as it is.

We had two of the seasonal matcha drinks that are advertised and recommended iced but that’s not included in the price. The “flavor” was just jam/marmalade at the bottom which tasted like nothing and wouldn’t mix with the drink. You would expect at least like fresh fruit smashed with sugar or sth but not spooning out supermarket jam lol.

My friend also got a regular hot matcha which had several lumps in it. which again, for that price is just not ideal. Especially since this cafe is very like matcha oriented and then they don’t even know how to prepare it properly…. yikes.

On top of all that, the staff was EXTREMELY rude. I get working service jobs is not easy or the most fun often but to go out of your way to be unpleasant just seems weird when that is your job. Not to mention they messed up our order, didn’t deliver one drink and then charged us the iced charge three times despite us only getting two cold drinks which is weird.

I normally take cookies to go but today I decided to come in and enjoy the freshly baked cookies. Was greeted by extremely rude staff for wanting to hang and eat there. All seats were taken and the place was full. We could’ve been told sorry, we are full - would you like a take away instead or wait till a table is cleared? The cookie was packed and when I asked if we could just stand in a corner and eat we were still given a take away pack and when I asked for a plate they were slammed down. Later kept giving cold stares. Other guests left in just a couple of minutes. It was one person in particular, don’t think all had the same attitude. Totally ruined the mood and not sure I ever want to go back when social media shows one thing about Krümel’s attitude but treated differently when you want to spend time...

This was my 2nd time going. Had a bad experience my first time but thought I'd give it a 2nd chance.

There were 4 flavors to choose from this time. I got 4 cookies (~180kr), and they put them in a brown paper bag. I asked if they could kindly put it in a box or bag that had a handle as I was taking it to travel with across the city. She said "No, you need to buy 5 cookies to get a box." I asked if they could kindly make an exception because there were only 4 flavors and I really didn't need 5 cookies... she said: "No".

I just never feel welcome there. We ended up all getting a stomach acne from the cookie being so sweet. Understand that others may have a different experience but I won't be returning here after this...
