I went here with my friends and ordered take away on tteoboki, kimchi fried rice, spicy seafood noodles, jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. The people working there were really nice and kind. The atmosphere was good as well. One thing we liked was the wooden box placed on each table containing chopsticks and spoons, a nice Korean touch. The food wasn’t bad. When we arrived home after roughly 10 min, the food was still hot and the tangsuyuk crispy. The tangsuyuk tasted good, but it wasn’t really worth 99 SEK for the amount we got (we ate 2-3 pieces before the photo was taken). The spicy seafood noodle soup was quite delicious, but also quite spicy. The tteoboki was good as well, but all we could taste was the gochujang and no soup stock or sugar. As for the jajangmyeon, the noodles got clumped together, so it took some time to mix the noodles with the sauce. The noodles were generally a bit mushy and too thin for this type of “mix noodles with sauce” style. The sauce for the noodles was quite good though, but was a bit salty. Generally, the portions were generous and tasted ok, but it wasn’t super special. If I ever come here again, I’ll probably order the kimchi fried rice, but I probably won’t come here again 😅

This is the first time I’ve left a review out of sheer disappointment. The quality was truly terrible. We ordered jjajangmyeon, jjampong, tteokbokki, and tangsuyuk. The tangsuyuk was decent, and the jjampong, while flavorful, was excessively salty—almost as if it had been over-reduced. The jjajangmyeon tasted like instant 3-minute jjajang, but worse—the sauce seemed old, soggy from sitting for too long The most problematic dish was the tteokbokki. Every table in the restaurant, including us, seemed to have ordered it, but nobody could eat more than half. It felt like it had been prepared days earlier and left in a warmer. The rice cakes were so overcooked and the fish cakes were so soggy they couldn’t even be lifted with chopsticks. On top of that, there was not ‘any’ taste. I had high expectation for this place, as it was being touted as a promising new Korean restaurant, but the food was truly the worst I’ve had. Looking at other reviews, it seems like the quality is usually much better, but today’s experience was just unacceptable. Very disappointing.

**Additional comment after reading their reply on 29/10 9:56 - they may need to take a good look at their marketing material, specifically their poster showing Jjampong before replying me. I’m not the only customer voicing out the flavour issue of this dish. Good luck with this kind of business attitude. The hype is overrated. Jjampong was so spicy that I couldn’t eat it after two bites, even my friend who can usually eat very spicy food had a hard time finishing it. There was no shrimp or squid in the Jjampong as shown on their poster. The kimchi was clearly bought from a brand that’s commonly found in the supermarkets here. How disappointing! The quality wasn’t great, showing a lack in passion for preparing Korean food. The only alright dish was the fried vegetable and beef dumplings. Got a lot of beef in it but it felt quite hard - also shows some preparation issues. Went on Saturday and was told there was no kimbap. Doesn’t seem to be ready to open as a restaurant to be honest.

First of all, thank you so much for opening a restaurant that is serving Jjajangmyun and Tangsuyukk! Unfortunately, I found the flavors to be somewhat disappointing and not quite up to my expectations. I was also surprised to see so many "As a Korean—" reviews giving 5/5 stars; it makes me wonder if they've truly experienced these dishes in Korea.

The black bean paste tasted like it had been blended with water and simply boiled in a big pot, which really missed the mark. It needs to be sautĂ©ed for better flavor (with vegetables). Additionally, the noodles were cold and tangled. I understand the need for quick service, but there’s a way to balance efficiency with quality. A quick rinse (with cold water) after boiling them al dente and then a brief boil before serving could be an option. Also it felt like the chef forgot to put some more ingredients.

The taste of the Tangsuyukk was fine, but it was so dry and overfried. The pork looked pulverized, and the breading was very dark. It looked like it was prepared hours before and you just put the sauce on it. A better approach might be to fry it once and then give it a second fry just before serving. Additionally, experimenting with the batter—perhaps using less flour and more potato starch—could really improve the texture.

Kimchi Fried Rice was your best dish, tasted really good! I expected it to be warm though.

Lastly, I’d like to comment on the Pickled Radish. I was surprised by the small quantity for the price, and the slices were extremely thin! You might consider skipping the red beets for coloring; while I understand they’re meant for decoration, but i mostly felt the taste of red beets The concept of your restaurant is clear, so there's no need to get too fancy with the pickles.

I hope to visit this restaurant again and give it a 5/5 in the future! Your staff was incredibly kind, and the service was excellent! They...
