Compared to other Max restaurants this one is really bad.
The service is poor, for instance when ordering take away you get served as you would eat in the restaurant. While I visited (several occasions) people went to the service desk with their orders because they recieved wrong things. All my orders has also been wrong in some way, wrong meal, wrong sideorder etc.
They are often out of the things you have ordered and then you have to wait for them to refund (at another service desk) which you have stand in line for again. Then you don't even get the receipt on what they have refunded so there is no way to know what you got back (standing with your now cold meal after waiting). The receipt says "sthlm 21", not Max. Which means that it's difficult to find at your internet bank.
The food is not cooked properly. Both over- and undercooked (an achievement by it's own). Sometimes burnt and sometimes just a sloppy mess. When you open the box with your meal it's also a complete mess, looks like someone put it together without seeing.
Outside the restaurant it's not possible to sit due to the fact that there are birds hovering for left food. And yes Max, it's your responsibility, not the customers. Sure you could expect people to throw away their trash but if isn't happening, you have to do something. Really trashy.
The idea is good, digital ordering, the menu, the location too. But seriously, it's a shame on the map in every way of it's practical performance.
You would expect this from a low price, low quality place. But the prices Max has and compared to other Max restaurants I find this unacceptable.

When my number finally came up, I waited at the counter for several minutes before I was told the electricity was out and I had to stand in line to re-enter my order. Then once I waited another 10 minutes in this line I was told I had to get a refund. As I left they handed me a 10kr coupon (like a dollar off??) which felt insulting after the length of that fiasco. By then I was hangry and running late. Luckily Burger King is just across the road. They also had several vegan options and my order was fast and the staff was nice. At MaxI think they should have done more for those of us who waited for so long to not be able to be served. While I understand it wasn't their fault the electricity failed, the staff really didn't care about...

I enjoyed the cheese balls and fries but would have appreciated more vegetarian options with a variety of patties to choose from.
