Pärlans Konfektyr — Restaurant in Stockholm

A RASIST STAFF who treated her completely differently from other white customers. She did not only say hi or thank you but also was not even willing to give us A BAG WHEREAS SHE DID TO THE WHITES who queued in front of us. She was smiling and being talkative to them explaining about the caramel factory so sweetly and then when she was serving us, she didn’t say anything such as do you need a bag. After we paid everything she was just staring at us and I and my mum obviously thought that she would put the caramels into the paper bag for us as she did to the Americans before. However she didn’t so we asked and then she told us to take it from a paper bag next to the caramel section and when my mum picked on, THIS RACIST STAFF ORDERED HER TO GET A SMALLER ONE. There was no size difference between the two and it’s comical that she “orders” customers what to do. Plus after previously facing her bloody rude attitudes, I found this behaviour more impolite and these behaviours obviously show that she is just a person who thinks asians are below her JUST BECAUSE SHE IS WHITE- which is absurd. Oh btw the caramels were ok but definitely not worth to walk one hour...

Lovely caramel shop I visited on my business trip. I bought the brown box of 20 different kinds of caramels called Prima Kolor for my family on Dec. 17th.

My family loved the caramel for its softness and variety of flavors- until yesterday I found brown hair in one of the caramels. I guess it was Salt Lakrits. After enjoying the caramel something unusual was left in my mouth- rolled up hair and residues of whatsoever. I wish I could add the picture of it here.

Definitely check this little shop out if you are a chocoholic, the serve very tasty chocolates (especially the salted caramel) and good coffee, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are okay and you can also see them making the chocolate from the outside or inside. You can also try some of the stuff before buying anything since they have samples displayed.
