Grandpa Södermannagatan — Local services in Stockholm

We bought a pair of sneakers from this store in May 2024 and extremely disappointed with their customer service support. The sales officer packed the wrong size of the sneakers for us during payment process and we noticed their mistake one day after the purchase, once we were already back our home country. We wouldn’t have expected that as we already told the sales officer we wanted to buy that certain size (46) and thought she did put that right size into our shopping bag. However, this was not the case and once we contacted the customer service that we received the wrong item (size 45) , we were told that ‘it is also our responsibility to make sure we were given the right size’. They were far away from being helpful at all. I suggest anyone who will shop from this store to ‘double check’ their purchases as you might be told that it is your responsibility even though there is a mistake from their side, instead of receiving any constructive approach or support from their...
