So awful
The coffee was okay (just okay but that is not much said)
The service
If you can imagine the worst (and I mean the worst) pastry i tried in years you are not in luck.
If you are in a mood of food that lacks texture, and tastes flat with one note played: sugar (let’s face the fact that white refined sugar is quite cheap and not sought after ingredient)
The ratio of sugar per self described as “very famous” (did they mean infamous?) bun tastes like 99 to 1
No texture
No supporting flavors
Just sugar
About 1 gram of this can induce a sugar crush effect
De gustibus non disputandum
Except
What I’m writing a review about is terrible service
If you go to any self respecting restaurant or cafe, and you try something you hate, they would most probably offer you a refund(given it’s a small amount) and a smile and will make sure to welcome you back (which is in turn great for economy as people are not afraid to try new products and amount if returns pays for good rep)
But no here
It’s like you are a 7 year old get yelled at by a teacher
They diminish you, argue with you, belittle you, completely disregard your point, offer even more sugar filled items to replace the one with “too much sugar”, yell at you “is that too much sugar for you, is that too much sugar?” , after yell at you “okay bye bye” sending you away without requested 45kr refund with a vast hand gesture that is supposed to exaggerate and mock the well recognized “see you later gesture “, so not only they refuse the requested refund, but thereby demonstrate lack of listening by offering more sugary items instead of the one that is too sugary and yelling “is that too much sugar for you” at a customer in front of everyone.
All that over 45 kr refund.
I’m writing this not because of the 45 kr.
I’m writing this saga to bring awareness of those who not only don’t respect customer’s right but even basic human rights of not to be yelled at and gestured at in public , not be purposefully belittled or humiliated, or attempted to be scared by gestures and raised voice into not standing one’s ground and accept a treatment as granted.
Basically they want customers who don’t like their food to not request any refunds (cause what if too many clients hate their food?)
And if you sort by the “lowest” reviews too many people found their service and their...
Read moreEverything was great. I'd definitely come again. The lunch was good. The bun was good, and I actually ate the whole thing! There was just one thing that seemed odd to me..., whether it was a genuine mistake or a tourist scam. My friend spoke Swedish and got the same things (minus the extra bun I got). I was asked to pay an extra when speaking English, and he didn't when speaking Swedish. It didn't make sense because it would be more than the advertised pricing. I brought it up, and then I didn't need to. It was something he had mentioned beforehand, which is why I went up in the...
On...
