Beautiful store with great collections, but very disappointing customer service. We've purchased multiple items, and only 1 out 4 orders was without any issues. Ordered a USM Haller furniture 5 months ago in March (just the order process required multiple reminders via email and personally in the store). It took me 3 attempts before I could even place my order. Months pass by, and no update on delivery times. I had to get in touch multiple times again to receive an answer. Then the furniture was delivered but not mounted, because the customer service doesn't understand their own collections. Every time you end up with a different person and need to explain everything again. Does a client record exist? Can't people take notes or communicate with their colleagues? At Nordiska Galleriet we will never know. USM needs a special tool & training. When it was finally delivered, nobody knew how to mount it. Staff left the furniture without mounting it. 8 weeks later - I still have no information about when or if it will be mounted. Delivery & mounting was charged with 999SEK though!

   Read moreWe've canceled an order and asked for the money back. More than three months (3!) and several emails and calls later, Nordiska still isn't making the repayment, and is also not responding to emails. By now, I consider this fraud. Also disastrous customer service.
Store visits are disappointing as well. The little staff doesn't care about the customers. best example: at 17:45, rushing in from the office, the staff would tell me that they are closing down so I'd have to come back another time - 15 minnutes before they close doors. I don't know in which business you can treat your customers like that but definitely not in premium furniture.
The only pro is an admittedly great selection of products at good prices - but what is that worth if they don't deliver and still keep your money?

The staff on the email are completely incompetent, have no awareness how it can be to be delivered with the wrong colour of part of sofa, no sense of urgency to resolve the situation.
