I purchased a DJI Mini 3 drone and a SanDisk Extreme MicroSD/SD card from the DJI store in Stockholm on October 24, 2024. At the time of purchase, I made it clear that a tax refund was a key condition for the transaction. The salesperson assured me that no additional steps were necessary and that the refund would be processed within 1-2 weeks. However, over a month has passed, and I have received neither the refund nor any communication about it.
When I followed up with the store, I was told I should have validated a Tax-Free form with customs before leaving the EUâa critical detail that was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Now that it's too late to address this, I feel misled and disappointed. Poor communication and false assurances have turned what should have been a smooth process into a frustrating experience. Prices are higher than stores like Dustin. For example mini 3 + 2 years care refresh is 150 eur cheaper in Dustin compared to mini 3 + 1 year in this store.
Compared to other electronic stores, the return of products is very limited.
The warranty not handle by them, so in case of failure stores like mediamarkt or giganten give you the money back or a new product, with them you need to send it to the Netherlands and they wash...

When I contact the customer support they just tell me that it must have been left outside my door (which I would never allow considering the price of this product). Now when I keep writing to them, they just ignore my emails.
