PONG Nybrogatan — Restaurant in Stockholm

A very nice place with a lot of options during lunch and dinner. Good tasty food, a variety of meat, vegetables, fish, sushi and fruit. Prices are in accordance with the Swedish standard and inflation. This place is clean and tidy. The toilet is sometimes out of order and messy. The staff is nervous and every time a very bad impression is created when they welcome you and do not allow you to sit where you want, even though there are many empty seats. I have visited this place 9 times this year and every time the same story. I am working near so when I have time with friends to eat and leave :))

The attitude of the staff towards the guests should be at the same level of mutual respect. I don't want to lose my appetite when someone treats me in a very rude way along with my friends. Because that's what happens to me when I see the behavior of the staff, I don't feel like eating anything.

This place has great potential in food presentation, however, the organization is very bad, and that is not the way to keep regular guests. For this reason, based on my overall experience, my rating for this...

Went to Pong on Nybrogatan for lunch. Cool robot helping the personal to carry the dirty dishes, The self-service station for ordering and payment was convenient. Buffet had limited food, and one side was closed, making it concerning given the fact that we was there at 13:40 and lunch is served to 15:00.

Got fried chicken and sushi, but not many choices. Buffet had less food due to not enough staff therefore no time to maintain the buffet, with long lines. Sushi quality suffered because of only one chef. Sadly, no desserts were available.😔

Left hungry and disappointed in Stockholm's upscale area. Pong on Drottninggatan in the city center might be a better choice for a more satisfying experience with organized service and more...

The food was eatable, nothing special. The atmosphere is quite nice but could be more clean. Somehow, however, the location smelled like old stinky socks. Waiters were friendly. But the company policies are worth to be reconsidered, you have to pay your food and drinks upfront, they ask for a payment before we even saw the menu. If you order more drinks later on at the table, you’re not allowed to leave the restaurant for a quick cig, even if all your belongings are laying in the table, they will force you to pay before you’re allowed to leave the restaurant for a smoke.
