Pitcher's — Restaurant in Stockholm

Bad support from the staff! Environment and food were good and we had a good time with my friends. Unfortunately, we had some issues when paying the bill. When we were leaving we headed to the cashier to pay for our stuff, there was a long queue since many people were watching the match so we had to wait for around 10 minutes. When it was finally our turn, the waitresses told us that there was nothing left to pay and someone had already paid for our table. Very unsure about this we asked her to double check again and she confirmed that there was nothing left to pay. Gladly surprised by a random person's act of generosity we left the place. Some minutes after we left we received a call from the restaurant and this time it was another waitress asking us why we didn't pay the bill. Super confused I explained to her what had happened and the only answer I got was I understand but the bill is still there and you have to pay for it. Now they are making us go back to the restaurant again to fix a problem that they made from the beginning. Of course we don't have a problem paying for what we consume, we did have a good time and it is our bill. Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Place if You Value Respect

I had a truly terrible experience at this sports bar. I arrived early to ensure a good seat for an important match and had even made a reservation in advance. Despite the bar being mostly empty when I arrived, I was randomly placed in a poor spot with no explanation that made sense. When I politely asked to move—because the game meant a lot to me—the response was cold and dismissive. I was told, “this is how the system works,” as if that justified ignoring a customer who came prepared and early.

The woman in charge was visibly annoyed, showed no interest in listening, and made me feel like a nuisance instead of a paying guest. There was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and absolutely no sense of customer service.

This was supposed to be an enjoyable moment and they completely ruined it. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll make sure others know how poorly this place...

The place itself is beautiful and I love the interior. But I waited quite a while to be seated even tho the place was quiet and there were a few people working. I got ignored a few times. Also I waited for my dessert, Jordgubbar, for over half an hour. Really disappointed with the service at a place with so much potential. With the experience I have in working in hospitality this was just sad to look at, because strawberries and ice cream should not take that much time in a quiet bar. I was happy that at least after addressing my dissatisfaction the guy working at the bar paid for my ice cream and late and the waitress apologized and offered me some extra ice cream for free.
