It is always nice to find unique restaurants, especially in such a mainstream city like Stockholm. Entering the place I knew nothing about it. It was really fun to see they serve ”kugel”, an oldschool dish we have in Lithuania here in Östermalm and in a sort of tiny version with lumpfish roe, a combo my grandma would never believe could exist. My chicken confit was under ”main courses” and the presentation was, well, quite intersting. I think it would be good if the waiters could ask whether you are here for the first time and explain the whole idea behind and the menu, as for the New York deli concept I would expect a different portion size and price ratio as some mentioned. However, since the place is located in Nybrogatan the prices in general are kinda self-explanatory. The staff were suuuper nice and friendly, the wine list was impressive! Go there with an open mind and check their website before to know what...

This place is a must-visit, and I’ll tell you why! Where else in the world will you get a honey-filled sour cream crater with a crispy pickle paired with ice-cold vodka?

Well, I got overexcited even typing this, as it immediately evoked all the memories of visiting this charming venue.

Don’t get me wrong—the place is about the main course too. I usually go for one of those delicious sandwiches. Always good and fresh.

I am also a big fan of their aesthetic. It’s so cinematic that sometimes I just want to sit there, absorb the vibe, and think that I’m the main character.

Can’t wait to get back...

Stopped by Schmaltz Bar & Delicatessen after work, and it was just right for an early snack and drink. Located at Nybrogatan 19 in Östermalm, they offer lovely outdoor tables right on the sunny pedestrian street—perfect for people-watching and unwinding.

We ate cheese and charcuterie boards paired with wine and a drink, and the flavors met expectation.

Service was a mixed bag. Our first server was almost rude—disinterested and without much guidance—but at least efficient. Midway through, another staff member stepped in and was much friendlier, which improved...

Wow! One of the best spots in Stockholm hands down. The Reuben is an absolute delight, with unique cocktails and an impressive wine selection. The chartreuse choices are beyond imagination, and the impeccable service makes it a must-try spot. Whether you're in the mood for a quick coffee, a leisurely lunch, aperitivo, a delightful dinner, or a nightcap (check out their fantastic Japanese whiskey selection, wink wink), becoming a regular here is to easy.
