One of the worst Indian restaurants you will ever want to go. It’s a one time experience and it seems to be unforgettable. The quality and taste of the food is average but the service and attitude of the restaurant staff is absolutely disgusting. Right from the time of getting a table till the final bill payment, the experience is horrifying. The restaurant staff has no courtesy at all how to speak to customers. They have a lot of attitude and they take pride in saying that they provide food at a cheaper rate and customers cannot expect a five star service (This was said to us when we asked couple of extra glasses to drink water at the end for which they said the glasses were already given earlier and what did we do with them). They don’t even deserve a single star but unfortunately I had to give them because of their average food. I am surprised how come we see a lot of crowd in their restaurant. Please take a chance at...
Read moreThey used to be really great with amazing service and kind people, but I just can’t stand it when someone serves me food like they hate me- except for one of the personnel everyone was so rude. Good food experience is an all-round thing, and that includes music and service etc. service accounts for a big part of the all-round experience and in here the service was SEVERELY lacking, they literally threw the food onto our tables, sneered angrily at us when we ordered and asked for drinks… maybe I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they had a hectic or bad day. But it can’t be that this happens THRICE at all the times I’ve been there with my family this year, we wonder what happened to the great personnel they had last year? What happened, Shanti? Extremely unprofessional, extremely depressing, and most of all extremely disheartening, you will not get my...
Read moreWaiter blatantly flirted with one of us and was rude to the rest of us. The other, older waiters seemed nice and gave good service, but this guy seemed very bothered by us asking about the food, and needing to adjust some items. We asked for coriander on our vegan naan, he said not possible. Dont understand why when they have chopped coriander on the regular naan? He then said "Hallelujah" when we finished ordering. Portions were unusually small and the prices was were high. Taste: its not proper Indian/desi food. The Indians didn't like the food, the Swedes did so maybe it's a restaurant for Swedes. We asked for less spicy, the food had sugar in it. The naan was good, but small for the price . Vegan naan is just a roti. Regret...
