Burger King Basel Claraplatz — Restaurant in Basel

The Burger King Restaurant at Claraplatz is one of my favorite places to enjoy a great time, not only to eat a high quality meal, but also to simply have a great time with the family. The whole atmosphere in that restaurant relaxes you and even improves your whole state of mind. If you have kids, there is an amazing playground for them to play and move and express their energy.

For me, what makes this place so special are the most loving people who work there. Hassib and his amazing team prepare the food with utmost love and care and attention. They always double and triple check my order and make sure I am always satisfied. They treat customers with utmost respect and appreciation. Seldom have I encountered such service in a fast-food restaurant worldwide. I even take my daughter there just to enjoy the atmosphere and the nice environment, while my husband enjoys their delicious meal. Absolutely the worst place ever!

Service is terrible and unfriendly, although I can imagine it is a stressful job.

Only two ordering machines out of 5 working and people were taking forever as it is a complicated system.

Tried to order ONE thing I forgot to order from the counter but was refused.

I was not exited that much today with the food. French fried not that crispy and bread too soft sticking under my teeth. I had a Long chicken Royal. I would have love to eat a small menu but they have only medium or large why that?
