The food was very disappointing. A so-called mixed salad consisting of chopped green salad and some grated carrot. The whole trout was extremely pickled and served with chopped green lettuce, which was sandy. I can’t say anything about other dishes, but: Bruschetta was outstanding, it was first time for me that bruschetta is made without basic chopped tomatoes salad. Crunchy brown bread, cherry tomatoes in some sort of marinade. Really good. And Filetto. In my opinion, it was the best beef filet that I had here in Switzerland. Waiting time was a little bit too long and the guy was alone(maybe they needed more personal, but at this no-season time I completely understand).
