The icecream was delicious but the service disappointing. We clearly asked for medium size portions for us three and got large instead. The waiter showed us the cups and since we had asked for medium we confirmed, thinking obviously that was the size we had asked for. When revising the bill, it turned out the waiter had indeed changed the size to large (8,50 x 3). We left with a bitter sweet taste,...

Simply the best ice cream in Locarno and also in the whole Ticino canton... Only in Lugano there is another terrific ice-cream shop and they are for sure tied at the 1st place. The cream flavours are creamy and milky and the fruity ones are definitely terrific with fresh fruits. Either you chose one type or the other you cannot go wrong.
