24 July 2020 Food: 2* Very unfortunate to rate it this low as the 'to share' meal for us had raw seafood in the dish. The prawns and langastines was cold and uncooked, neither cleaned (not deveined). The kids meals was ok although a pity that it is all deep fried kids meals. The main meals were very under seasoned and disappointing. Desert orders were very limited and after placing the order we were told it was not available. Service: 3* We were seated quickly at arrival and drinks order taken for the family. We were not asked for any additional drinks during the stay. Value for $: 2* I think there is good intent as they have a big selection on the menu, but our experience was sadly not good and the value for our meals was unsatisfactory. Ich war im Mai 24 wieder in Lugano und haben zu dritt gegessen in Lokal. Bestellt haben wir 2 Pizza Burata optisch gut Aber Boden so dünn das er nass ist Kaum etwas unter Messer zu schneiden. Ich habe Risotto mit Fisch bestellt, dachte ich... Es wurde eine Hungerteller serviert für Hunden..Risotto wie frühstücksporige,null Geschmack . Ich dachte ich habe fisch bestellt,meine lieblings Sorte wurde sogar beschrieben... Auf dem Risotto Porige wurde eine Hauch dünne Scheibe von Fisch serviert so etwa wie rohe Lachsscheibe zum Frühstück.gerade auf Reis geklebt.ich bin enttäuscht,über Geiz der Gastronomen Über Sparsamkeit,schau vorbei USA Gastronomie. Über schlechte Qualität aber saftige Preise. Risotto 27 CH Franken, PizaBurata 2x 50 CH Franken. Ich gehe abend zum essen um essen zu genießen. Dabei nur Schrott im Teller. Wieder Menge noch Qualität. Ich bin viele Jahre in der Gastronomie tätig gewesen, ich weiß was gute Küche sein muss,was gutes Gaumen freude bereit hält,was der Zufriedenheit der Kunden wieder in Lokal bringt. Und Bedienung auch durchnitt. Ich zahle gerne für gutes Essen und für schlechtes reklamieren... Wenn ich damit anfangen wollte...wäre der Lokal mit beisender Kritik konfrontiert gewesen..habe mich zurück gehalten um meinen Kinder nicht das Abend verderben, Gerade Risotto..ist Gericht wenn nicht auf Punkt gebracht worden ist dann ist nur für Mülltonne,nicht so wie am Bild abgebildet,gegrillte Fisch auf Risotto stimmt gar nicht,Betrug in meine Teller,und andere Kunden haben offensichtlich gleiche Erfahrungen mit Risotto gemacht. Jeder kann Nudeln 🍜 aber gute Steak kann nicht jeder machen..genau so Risotto.. Wo bleibt bitte Fisch..frische Stück gegrillt gut präsentiert auf Risotto der auf Punkt gekocht ist,schöne appetitlich Rucola und Oliven Öl.parmnesan, Italienische Lokal aber nichts Mut italien zu tun. Sollche lokale mit kritik davon eine Hälfte werde ich am liebsten dicht machen. Essen ist für genießen Gaumenfreude,gute Lage am See,Kunden international,Koch wechseln oder dicht machen wenn keine Interesse an Kunden. Mensch mache das essen so wie auf Karte geschrieben ich muss in teller schauen und denken ob ich falsche Bestellung vor mur habe Der Kunde bezahlt gern aber nicht so ein Teller.fubde es so unfair Ubd hat mit Gastfreundlichkeit noch Gaumenfreude nichts zu tun. Deshalb Marry Lokal,von 10 Punkte vergebe gute 1 Punkt. Danke, nächstes mal schau ich wo ich meine 120 CH Franken für 1 Stunde abgeben will.sabina...

The pasta we ordered was very tasty. Before placing the order though, we asked if it was spicy. The waiter said, yes, so we asked to not make it spicy, to which he asked if “normale” was good. I responded with a yes, as long as it was not spicy. He confirmed that it would not be. Well, the pasta we received was super hot, to the point where I thought we would be spitting dragon fire. I notified the waiter right away. I told him we wanted zero hot spice, and so he obliged by returning to us with a new dish. The pasta in the end was truly so tasty. The waiter did not signal any issues to our requests, and thus, we were really happy with the experience, coupled with the amazing location and surrounding atmosphere. This is a restaurant I would...
