As someone from the Far East, where many McDonald's outlets tend to follow a standardized "carbon copy" design, I was genuinely impressed by a particular McDonald's shop I recently visited. What truly set this location apart was its ingenious interior design, which seamlessly integrated with an existing building, creating a unique and memorable ambiance.While some McDonald's branches deviate from the norm, this one took uniqueness to another level by incorporating the historical or architectural elements of its pre-existing structure into its very plan. This thoughtful approach to design provided a refreshing change from the typical fast-food environment and offered a delightful surprise.However, I do concur with other reviewers on one point: despite its unique design, the overall interior appears to be in need of a renovation. I surmise this is largely due to the sheer volume of daily foot traffic and the constant stream of customers it experiences. Even the most robust designs will show wear and tear under such conditions.Despite the need for an update, the distinctive character of this McDonald's shop left a strong positive impression. Unless you want to be attacked or your day ruined, go to this branch. By far this is the worst mcdonalds branch I have ever been to, the most unsafe and unfriendly one too. Although I make sure to experience mcdonalds in every country I visit. Staff in this branch are very racist from the server to the waiter to the manager. First incident the ketchup and sauce that I ordered were missing, so I went back to grab them, but the server refused to give me and asked me to pay. She asked me about the receipt that she already took earlier. I had to speak to the manager to get the sauce and ketchup. The second incident happened when I finished my food and I make sure to clean my table and trashed all the wrapping papers and bags in the trash designated area and left mcdonalds and I was already walking in the street, one of the waiters followed me his name is Fredric and attacked me verbally in the middle of the street calling me bad person. I asked him why? What did I do? He then left walking back to mcdonalds. I went back and reported that to Antony the manager, he asked me to point out to Fredric and and asked him why he did that? Fredric claimed that I spilled the drink on the floor before I left! I asked the manager to check the cameras because I did not do it. He then simply started...

Terrible service! Two of my friends and I were having a quick bite, I've bought a fishburger and as I was eating it I saw a hair in the bun. I've come to a manager (Carlos) to address this issue and he gave me a huge attitude saying that I've waited until I was almost done with it to show him. He never apologized and took my whole tray with fries and a bottle of water and just threw it away. Without sayings anything he came back and started assisting other customers. We waited for 5 minutes without any response, then asked him what was going on. Again with the huge attitude, he said that he's helping other customers and told us to wait for another 5 minutes. When I asked him for what, he stated that they are making another burger for me. Initially, he never asked me whether I want another one instead (and of course I didn't, I found this place unsanitary). I asked him for my money back, he held his finger up (”asking” to wait?!) then gave me a refund all in coins. After all, I felt extremely disrespected. I wouldn't want to rate the whole entity based on one person but unfortunately this person made my experience...
