Discriminatory Service and Unjust Charges

We are deeply disappointed with our experience at Restaurant Tuifelsstei in Engelberg, Switzerland. As an Indian family, we felt we were treated unfairly. We ordered a pizza for our son, who was excited to try Swiss cheese. The pizza itself was just okay and priced at CHF 18.00 on the menu.

However, we were shocked when the server charged us an additional CHF 6.00 simply because my son shared a small slice with my wife and me. This would be understandable at a buffet, but we ordered the pizza a la carte! Such treatment left us feeling targeted and unwelcome.

We cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who values fair and...

Lets start with the food. The food was OK in my opinion but could have been better. Although The pizza was fine it tasted somehow different. The cherry tomatoes were still cold even though the olives weren't. The service was great and the employees were patient and it just looked like they were happy to serve us. BIG FAN of the atmosphere. Everything was designed right but still there are way better restaurants in engelberg in my opinion. Overall the experience was good but I don't think about coming...
