A top Italian restaurant, I believe it is the best in Geneva, very handy situated close to the main railway station,we came with 2 kids , with one in a stroller, no reservation, no problem said the doorman, take any place you like, it was Sunday late afternoon, so there was enough place, when we came in, all the cooks, chefs and barman greeted us, like we are royalty, very respectful, the next came the waiter an extremely attendfull young man who handled our kids beautifully taking care of all their wishes, pizza margherita and a rice bowl with chicken cut in Little pieced, there is strategic thinking there, as they prepared the food for the kids first, it is a truly lovely ambiance, you can sit outside in the front, inside and or on the private Patio, inside on every table there is a bottle of chianti, this restaurant oozes class, top service and fast thinking out of the box, the doorman our main host came to the table and asked if everything is allright and we said do you have a Bottle water and he replied immediately, and we got it in 30 seconds. Horrible customer service. I don't usually leave reviews, however this experience compelled me so to do.. I walked into the restaurant and asked for a table. The person who greeted me asked if I had a reservation and when I said no he made a face then seated me at the back of the restaurant. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one paid me any attention. The same man who seated me finally came and asked if I would like a menu and gave me one. 10 minutes later 3 other patrons who were seated after me had menus and drinks. I waited another 5 minutes no one ame to serve me. I then put on my jacket, grabbed my cane and walked out. No one even noticed. I ended up going to an Italian restaurant directly across the street, where I was warmly greeted and served within 30 seconds of being seated.
