The best pizzas in Geneva: flame cooked in a real pizza oven, absolutely delicious and big enough that you could share one between 2 if you took a salad or entrée as well. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is casual: like a typical Italian restaurant in Italy (wood and classical decor, TV for the football). It is very close to the main hospital so ideal for anyone working late or visiting relatives. Highly recommended :)

Les pizzas y sont énormes et délicieuse et le service est bon. Seul bémol: je suis venu le 28.12.23 à 20h20, j ai mangé une pizza parmigiana délicieuse mais n'ayant pas réussi à la finir j'ai demandé à la prendre à l'emporter. Quelle surprise le lendemain quand j'ouvre le reste de pizza au travail et que ce n'est pas ma pizza ! Une erreur et l'on m'a donné les restes de pizza de quelqu'un d'autres à emporter. Étant peu appétissant de manger les restes de quelqu'un qu'on ne connaît pas, ceux-ci ont fini à la poubelle. J'ai donc payé plein pot une pizza que je n'ai au final pas pu manger en entier et me suis retrouvé sans repas au travail. Apres un téléphone, des excuses ont été présenté mais aucun geste pour l'erreur n'a été fait. La musique était trop forte on ne s'entendait pas parler mais après avoir demandé, la serveuse très aimable à baisser le volume. Sinon rien à redire les mets sont exquis et les employers viennent souvent vérifier que le repas se passe bien. (en photo le reste de pizza qui n'est clairement pas une parmigiana)

Chez Pasta d’Oro, on vient pour l’ambiance chaleureuse, on reste pour les sourires sincères et on revient pour… la taille des pizzas (impossible de faire semblant d’avoir encore faim après ça !). L’accueil est comme on l’aime : souriant et pro. L’équipe est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours prête à conseiller sans forcer. Dans l’assiette, c’est généreux et authentique. Les pizzas sont énormes (mention spéciale pour ceux qui aiment relever des défis), la pâte est fine et croustillante, les garnitures sont fraîches et abondantes. Les pâtes maison n’ont rien à envier non plus : cuisson parfaite, sauces savoureuses et portions tout sauf radines. L’ambiance est vivante sans être assourdissante, idéale pour un dîner entre amis ou en famille. On y parle fort, on rit, on partage — bref, on vit un vrai moment à l’italienne. Le patio a l’arrière est super pour être à la fraîche lors des journées chaudes. Une adresse qui fait du bien et qu’on recommande sans hésiter à tous les amoureux de bonne cuisine généreuse et de convivialité.

Used to be amazing, favourite pizzeria in Geneva. But since mid 2020 it's really gone downhill. Not sure if they lost their chef due to covid or what, but the pizzas have gotten smaller, with cheaper ingredients, and suddenly unevenly cooked (eg. in an order of 2, one is burned and the other hardly cooked). The takeout service is also badly organised, particularly when ordered through a delivery service like Uber Eats or Deindeal. Twice in a row I've had the wrong thing delivered!
